Christine Walker







Biography

Christine Walker is a Chicago native. Upon graduating from Lake Forest College with a degree in political science, Christine continued her passion for public service. Working for nearly a decade in politics and government, Christine served as speech writer, scheduler and legislative aide to elected and appointed government officials and candidates in Illinois, Ohio and Washington, D.C. Christine was often asked to train colleagues and counterparts alike the essential tools of the trade, including advance work, constituent service and protocol. Additionally, Christine has been invited to present at campaign seminars, workshops and roundtable discussions, sharing her knowledge with candidates, campaign staff and spouses.

For eight years, Christine worked in the Business Sales organization of Tiffany & Co. As a sales executive, Christine represented the interests of Tiffany & Co. to corporate clients throughout the Midwest, achieving back-to-back Winner's Circles and being awarded "Rookie of the Year." For five years, Christine served as a regional manger focusing on recognition sales. Christine's primary responsibility was to develop strategic skills of sales executives throughout the eastern half of the United States. Christine's focus and strength was in coaching, consultative and suggestive selling, delivering winning presentations and exceeding client expectations.

Following the birth of her second child in 2002, Christine decided to resign from her corporate position and focus her energy on her family full-time. Making the transition from working mom to a stay-at-home mom inspired Christine to reach out to other families looking to do the same.

In January 2002, Christine was a contestant on "JEOPARDY!"

Christine lives in Winnetka, Illinois with her husband, Dave, and their three young children: Schuyler (6 years old), Connor (4 years old) and Sloane (2 year old).
